Easy to use for amazing results that make you look like a horticultural genius (even if you're not).
RenovatePlus opens tight soils, stimulates microbial activity, and supports turf and plant growth without excessive nitrogen.
RenovatePlus is a 50/50 blend of EarthWorks Renovate and Eco-Lite, designed for aerification, sports turf recovery, sod and seed projects, new construction, landscape plantings, divot mixes, and biological soil replenishment. This blend promotes oxygen movement, activates microbial nitrogen cycles, and helps restore hard-to-grow areas efficiently.

For golf or construction amendment projects, please reach out to an EarthWorks Agronomist for specifics. Rates can vary depending on soils and project goals. Aerification rates: 10–20 lbs./1000 sq. ft. Landscapes: Use 1 cup of product for every 1" diameter of trunk for new trees, and use 2 cups in the planting hole for five-gallon containers. Adjust accordingly; it is hard to over apply. |

Why Soil Biology & Structure Matter
Healthy, active soils allow turf and plants to thrive:
- Renovate provides carbon and mineral amendments, including kelp meal, compost, and humic acids, to energize microbial populations
- Mineral components like greensand, sul-po-mag, and rock phosphate supply essential nutrients and prevent soil demineralization
- Eco-Lite zeolite improves soil structure, water retention, and nutrient availability
- Promotes soil flocculation, root development, and rapid recovery of stressed turf
The Soil & Plant Challenge
- Compacted or depleted soils restrict root growth and nutrient absorption
- “Dead spots” and stressed turf require enhanced recovery measures
- Limited microbial activity reduces natural nutrient cycling
The RenovatePlus Solution
- Combines Renovate carbon/mineral amendments with Eco-Lite zeolite
- Opens tight soils and promotes microbial activity
- Supports rapid turf recovery, sod and seed establishment, and landscape plantings
- Enhances nutrient availability, water movement, and long-term soil health
"A home valued at $150,000 with lawn only could be worth $8,250 to $19,050 more with a landscape of color and large plants. The multi-state study found minimal landscapes (simple design with small plants) detracted from the value. Research data showed home price premiums increased 6 to 7 percent for home landscapes upgraded from good to excellent and 4 to 5 percent for an upgrade from average to good. Combined, a landscape upgrade from average to excellent increases home value by 10 to 12 percent." Turf Magazine, 2016
